Training

Wiltech Automation, Inc. places a strong emphasis on training with the belief that the success of a project will depend upon the transfer of knowledge from the design personnel to the operating and maintenance personnel. We are committed to provide a "hands-on" and/or "classroom" training service for any project in which we are directly involved. Training will include both the technical and operational aspects of any equipment modifications. Our approach will assure a complete and smooth transfer of information. We recognize the need for any system to be modified and maintained by in-house personnel so we design, program, and train accordingly.

OEM Supplements

Based upon our experience, we have found that Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), operational and technical manuals may not apply to our customers specific applications and needs. We all know how over the years a particular piece of equipment can be modified in such a way that even the OEM wouldn't recognize it. Wiltech Automation offers complete OEM supplements, both technical and operational, to be used as guidelines for your specific application. Our staff will make the original draft and submit it for customer approval. Upon approval, we will publish the document in brochure and/or manual form utilizing actual photographs and diagrams of your specific application.
